Job Description:

The Vice President - Digital will be responsible for leading digital strategy and implementation for an assigned office and client base. The role will reside within the agency's Integrated Services team, consisting of our Account Planning, Social & Digital Strategies, Content and Creative disciplines. The VP will partner with senior leadership to manage strategic initiatives and budgets and drive new efforts to grow the digital and integrated marketing business.

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across several of the agency’s top technology, consumer and healthcare accounts.

  • Provide strategic counsel for clients and executives within the digital landscape including social media, paid media, content marketing, measurement, and SEO.
  • Partners with the SVP of Integrated Services to develop and manage cross-platform/cross-channel digital initiatives responsible for the overall success of our clients’ marketing, communications and business goals.
  • Manage a subset of the Integrated Services P&L to help drive business planning, budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with NA sector teams while remaining actively involved in aspects of account profitability, health, client service, billing and team success.
  • Collaborate and work closely with our Insight & Analytics team to develop comprehensive measurement and tracking plans to measure performance in order to identify key audience and brand trends.
  • Works to drive new business and strategic account growth efforts in partnership with Business Development, Account, Global and Integrated Services leads in order to grow the agency’s digital and integrated marketing and communications business.
  • Focus on attraction, development and retention of staff; help lead educational and skills-based training efforts across the assigned office and NA account teams

  • A creative thinker with a proven track record of using data, trends and insights to frame and solve business challenges in new ways
  • Excellent account management and proactive planning skills.
  • A true digital native – understands the digital landscape, trends and consumer behavior.
  • Bias towards strategy frameworks and solutions that are highly actionable.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools including Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven written and verbal presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into a compelling story.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • High degree of analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and business knowledge.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, tools and platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about integrated communications industry and agency landscape.
