We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bellevue.  The TA Partner role is a full-cycle recruiting role and you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring passive and active candidates, specifically within the highly competitive communications, digital, tech and public relations space. This role will proactively identify candidates and employ all best in class candidate generation techniques to include cold calling, data mining, internal database search and management, external job board search, association networking, social networking, etc.

Job Functions:

  • Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for internal agency clients and candidates from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement search strategies for targeted positions, new business initiatives and identified skill areas.
  • Develop and define competitive intelligence by key market, functional area and skill set to support talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Build collaborative relationships with the Human Resources team to facilitate continuous information flow and seamless delivery of Talent Acquisition services to internal clients.
  • Attend networking events and drive your already existing talent network through your profile via digital mediums, and be a ‘thought leader’ in your location.
  • Write and deliver PR articles as and when required that promote the WE employment brand in the region.
  • Create and sustain effective methods in developing diverse pools of qualified candidates.
  • Develop competitive intelligence by key market, functional areas and skill needs to support talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Identify key metrics to measure ROI, influence future decisions and resource allocation.
  • Provide meaningful feedback from various touch points in the interview process to inform hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire.
  • Leverage use of selection criteria to present best fit applicants to internal clients and assist hiring managers to engage in effective and productive interviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.





Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or other related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a service/communications industry. PR industry knowledge and experience is recommended.
  • Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills, demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel) is required;  Advanced internet search/sourcing experience and well-versed in the use of social media sourcing tools.

  • Ability to recruit for multiple clients and locations, as well as across functional areas
  • Able to assert POV and effectively identify, embrace and influence key stakeholders.
  • Influence skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships inside and outside the agency
  • Client and business environment:  Customer service orientation is a must.  Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks
  • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations Open office environment with a growing and diverse team (flat structure)
  • Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
  • May need to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
  • Ability to travel on occasion up to 10%
