NA Marketing Manager


Role Purpose: Lead Marketing Strategist for North America. Driver of WE brand initiatives across North America to support NA President, Sector Business Leads and Office General Managers’ business strategies and priorities.



  • Build and own NA marketing and communications plan (paid, earned and owned) that will generate heightened brand awareness and increased sales leads for NA.
  • Connect our North America story/assets/content with that of our strong agency brand narrative; raise the profile of our sectors/services and make us more visible externally.
  • Identify and produce a steady cadence of content (including online/events/activations) that will support sectors and NA geographies (internal and external).
  • Creation and development of case studies/work examples that we can share for new biz, on web site, on social channels as related to North America.
  • Develop and manage communications to support NA President’s platform and priorities as well as IDing key NA execs to build out their profile from a thought leadership perspective (as aligned with marketing priorities).
  • Serve as NA liaison to Corporate Agency Marketing team; Partner with agency corporate marketing to facilitate, contribute and manage POV/content from NA Leadership and contribute to the global brand story (e.g. blog posts, reports, webinars, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
  • Program manage design and event execution, project manage accompanying creative and content requirements. Orchestrate project team and cross-regional team meetings to ensure clear execution of events and announcements against agreed timelines

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 7 + years of experience in  in integrated communications or PR, preferably in an agency setting and/or within an applicable industry; 4 + years of management experience required
  • Professional certifications in one or more of the flowing is desired:  MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISM, CISA, CISSP
  • Global network experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Client and business environment:  Customer service orientation is a must.  Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks
  • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
  • Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)
